The proof that the major Canadian News Media lied to cover-up Constitutional Breaches and Human Rights Violations, is in their articles. At the bottom of this page is a link to the articles from the largest of the News Media that created the cover-up.

The CBC, The Canadian Press, The Winnipeg Free Press, The Ottawa Business Journal, Macleans Magazine, and the smaller media (eg. Metro News, InsideToronto.com, etc.) ALL KNOWINGLY lied to cover-up for government and university breaches of the Constitution and vioilations of UN Human Rights law.  THEY ALL did their stories in the SAME DISHONEST way:

-- None of them sent a reporter to attend the hearing in Henya's case.
-- None of them asked for quotes from the University or the Government.
-- None of them asked for quotes from the University's lawyers.
-- None of them asked for quotes from the Government's lawyers.
-- None of them asked for quotes from Henya or her lawyer.
-- They used no pictures of University or Government representatives.
-- They used no pictures of Henya.
-- They all OMITTED from their stories all of the University's documents.
-- They all OMITTED from their stories all of Henya's documents.

Macleans published their story two days after the stories done by The CBC, The Canadian Press, The Winnipeg Free Press and the Ottawa Business Journal.  Therefore, Macleans was publishing an old story. If Macleans had wanted to do an honest story they would have used the university's documents and Henya's documents and interviewed the lawyers and parties involved; but Macleans did not do that, instead they republished the old lies that the other media had published two days earlier.

The Canadian Press and Macleans Magazine are located about 1,000 miles away from where Henya s case took place; who told them about it; and why didn't they send a reporter to cover the court hearing if they wanted to do a legitimate story on Henya's case ?

The Ottawa Business Journal is about 1,200 miles away, and they are a business journal, Henya s case had nothing to do with business; why would they write a lying dishonest story about Henya s case, which has nothing to do with the type of article their journal publishes; and why didn't the send a reporter to cover the court hearing if they wanted to do a legitimate story on Henya's case ?

Coordinated actions across Canada by most of the major news media do not happen by accident.  Publishing virtually identical articles, without having sent a reporter, without using the university documents, without using Henya's documents, and without interviews is done for only one purpose, to do a lying cover-up.

None of the Government or University people or their lawyers wanted to be quoted, because none of them wanted to have to be personally accountable for the lies that were going to be published.

After I wrote to the CBC, all of the above News Media went to this website; however, they did NO follow up stories defending their actions or presenting the public with the information found in the documents on this website.

If the CBC, the Canadian Press, Macleans Magazine, the Winnipeg Free Press and the Ottawa Business Journal had written legitimate news stories about Henya's case, then they would have done follow up stories revealing what the university's own documents disclosed.

Of what value to society is the Media s right to free speech if they use it to write lying cover-up stories to deceive the public ?

Before Henya's case, and since Henya's case, there have been many law suits across Canada by students against universities, alleging that the student was wrongly not admitted into a faculty, including into faculties of medicine; BUT NO STORIES WERE WRITTEN ABOUT THOSE CASES, because those cases were not going to expose the hugely widespread government and university corruption and breaches of the Constitution and violations of the U.N.'s Universal Declaration of Human Rights that Henya's case was trying to expose.
