The media attack on Henya Olfman and Shawn Olfman was a coordinated assault.

The government, which makes and controls the laws, wants to dictate the make up of all aspects of society, and to do that they have to be able to discriminate on any basis they desire, but they want to do it secretly so that they can't be caught discriminating.

The people in power also want the ability to keep people out against whom they have a personal grudge, or just because they decided they don't like that person, in short, they want the power to be dictators.

The people in power also want to be able to decide when they have had enough people from religion X or ethnic group X or of colour X, etc. in any profession, government agency position, board of directors, or government position, and then discriminate against other people of that colour or religion or ethnic group to keep them out, even though on their personal merit they deserve to be admitted.  The government wants to be able to discriminate without getting caught, and that can only be done with secret scores, secret meetings and denying Constitutional Rights and denying Human Rights.

That is why Henya Olfman's case against secret meetings, secret scores and the abrogation of Constitutional Rights and Human Rights had to be stopped, and she and I, her father and attorney, had to have vicious lies spread against us to distract from the fact that the government and universities are afraid to have what they are doing exposed in a trial that is open to the public.

On April 23, 2025, it was almost eleven years since the cross-Canada media printed their cover-up stories.  The leaders of those media lies continue to keep their 11 year old stories at the front of an Internet search of the name  Olfman  but they have never written a follow up story.  To see the results of my Internet search click here

The Constitution doesn't protect itself; it's just a piece of paper.  The Constitution cannot walk, it cannot talk, it cannot fight to grant the rights and freedoms that it promises.

When the government and the courts ignore the Constitution, then the Constitution is just a promise not kept, it is a lie, a claim that our country is better than it is.

- Courts documents proving that the court stopped an open public trial from taking place in which the university and the government would have had to answer questions about the documents disclosed on this website which show that they are breaching the constitution and violating human rights and civil rights.

- News Media documents which prove that the cross-Canada media intentionally published lies to cover-up the Constitutional breaches and Human Rights violations by the universities and the governments that fund them.

As warned on this website in 2014, the government's directing of the discrimination and the dishonest silence of the so called champions of human rights, such as: professors; human rights groups; religious leaders; and activists, has encouraged the increase of covert discrimination and other Constitutional Breaches and Human Rights Violations in many areas of society.
Constitutional Breaches and denial of Human Rights do NOT happen in the abstract, they happen to people.

It all starts with the facts of what happened.

What follows are the facts of what has happened and of what continues to happen to tens of thousands of students each year; as told by the facts of what happened to one of those students.

Fact: Henya Olfman earned a higher University Faculty of Medicine Admissions          Score than over 66% of the students who were admitted into the Faculty
         of Medicine INSTEAD of her; click here to see the documents.

Fact: The Universitys' Faculties of Medicine and other professional faculties
         and the governments that fund them are working together to covertly
         discriminate against students, in the same way as they discriminated
         against Henya; and that is happening in universities and colleges in
         Canada and in the States; that is why they are all afraid of the public
         inquiries being called for by this website in which I would be allowed
         to question them on their admissions practices that breach the
         Constitution and violate Universal Human Rights laws.

Fact: When Henya appealed to the University's Senate, they sent her a letter
         stating that they did NOT have jurisdiction to decide the legal issues.
         Therefore, Henya did the one thing you are supposed to do when you
         want legal issues to be decided, she sue the University so that a court
         of law could decide the legal issues, which is what a court of law is
         supposed to do, but as the documents show, the court refused.

Fact: When Henya sued the University and the Government, they lied
         and said the opposite of what the Universtiy wrote in its letter;
         they now claimed that only the university could decide the legal issues,
         which the university had written it did not have the jurisdiction to decide.
         The court ruled that NO trial would be held and the university and the
         Government would NEVER have to publicly show what they are doing.
         Initially Henya appealed that court ruling, however, in 2015 Henya
         withdrew her appeal. Click here for the reasons she withdrew her appeal.

Fact: The Canadian Government news agency, the CBC, led at least 6 other
         major news media in publishing articles of lies to cover up what is
         happening.  If the Constitution Breaches and the abuse of human rights
         was not happening then there would have been no need for at least
         7 major news media to publish lies to cover it up. But they did publish
         lies to cover it up, because it is happening. Click here to go to the Proof

Fact: In the Proof the Media Lied section of this website, in the CBC's
         own letter, shown to you in that section, the CBC does NOT deny
         that they and six other major news sources lied to protect those
         Canadian Provincial Governments and U. S. A. State Governments
         that are involved. The CBC also stated that they know their story
         contained lies (which they called errors). However, when I responded
         to the CBC challenging them and proving that they knew that they
         lied and did not simply make errors, then the CBC refused to comment.
         The CBC and other news agencies usually critize people who are caught
         lying and then refuse to comment, so why did they do it ?  The CBC also
         knows that in their lies they maliciously tried to destroy the reputation
         of a young honors student who was also her school's winner of the
         award for best all-round student, because that student was trying to
         protect the Constitution, free speech and human rights.

         Laws need to be passed which PREVENT universities and colleges
         from using any admissions process that:

         (1) includes a component which could violate free speech; or

         (2) includes a component the answers to which cannot be checked
              and verified for legitimacy and accuracy; or

         (3) includes a component the score of which cannot be checked and
               verified for legitimacy and accuracy; or

         (4) does not allow students to see exactly how their admissions score
               was determined and challenge any part of their admissions score
               that is not verifiable or is not based on provably relevant merit.

There are 4 inescapable facts:

(1) At least 7 major news media sources wrote dishonest
cover-up stories, in which they knowingly told lies, and
knowingly hid the truth, to cover-up the illegal Constitution
Breaching and Human Rights violating actions of the
universities and governments that fund them.

Think about the hypocrisy, the same North American governments and universities that are violating the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights are the same governments and universities that preach to foreign countries the value of upholding the U.N. Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

The universities and the governments that are breaching the Constitution and violating Civil Rights and violating Human Rights have gotten away with it because they have the power to break their own laws, and the media has lied to cover up for them.  However, just because they can get away with doing wrong does not make it right.

Discrimination comes from unconstitutional systems that cannot be checked for objectivity, validity, fairness and honesty.
